Refund policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. After 30 days from the date of purchase, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. To benefit from the return service, the product must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. Some types of goods are not returnable, such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines. We also do not accept returns of personal or health care products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Non-returnable products also include gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health and personal care products. To complete a return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send the product to the manufacturer. Once we receive the returned product, a gift voucher will be mailed to you. If the item was not designated as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver ships the order to their address for later delivery, we will refund the amount to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return. ## Shipping To return the product, please mail it to: helpcouvibes001@gmail.com. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Delivery time for the replacement product may vary depending on your location. If the value of your returned item exceeds $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned product.
